The Heriot is our premier Georgian suite, offering sweeping northward views across the city to the Royal Botanic Gardens and the Forth Bridges. On a clear day, you can see all the way over to Fife.

By day, light pours through the windows as the city stretches out before you; by night, the suite becomes a restful retreat. A queen bed with luxury topper, a sofa, and a table and chairs by the window make the Heriot equally suited to leisure or longer working stays, with ample storage throughout.

The en-suite bathroom is finished to an exceptional standard, with a double rainfall shower and hand shower, heated towel rails, and underfloor heating. Everything you need to feel completely at home.
